These are scriptures I personally use, but you made look up others also.
Meditating on Gods word (20 minutes before your routine)
Scriptures to build our self-confidence, and lead you to your goal!
Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged,
for the Lord, thy God will be with you, wherever you go"
Jeremiah 17:7 "But blessed is the one who trusts, whose confidence
in the Lord, whose confidence is in him"
Psalms 27:3 "For you created my inmost being, you
knit me together in my mother's womb, I praise you I am
fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, Iknow that full well"
2Chronicles 32:8 "With him is only the arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us"
Isiah 40:31"Those that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength.
They shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint
(I quoted this scripture a lot when I was tempted to give up and quit)
Warm-up ( 5 minutes) Also drink a bit of water before you start
Stretching, hands overhead, bending down
touching toes, bending side to side, waist twist,
relaxed breathing. Like a car your body
need to warm up too, before you start any activities.
Aerobics- 15 minutes slow start
march in place, or just dance to the Christian music you enjoy.
Forget about this being a weight loss program, think about praising God, dance.
.Lift your hands in the air, sing to him, it's your time to worship him. This is your special time with him, enjoy it!
Cool Down-10 minutes
breath deeply, stretch your arms over your head, breathe
in as you lift your arms over your head, then exhale as you lower them to your side..
roll your shoulders back, then forward, to relax them.
bend side to side again, touch your toes, bend your legs side to side.
You will notice that you are moving more easily now
than when you first started. Your body is warmed up now.
Cool Down Meditation (15 minutes relaxation and talking to God)
Thank God For helping you.
Your spirit & your body are now
ready to serve him more efficiently today.
Nutrition-Drink More Water!
water flushes the system
and fills you up to between meals
Cut down on sweets
eat more salads, vegetables, and fish. Lower your
card intake, but don't out all carbs,
they are what fuels the body for energy
Make yourself healthy smoothies, use your favorite fruits
apples, pears, strawberries, raspberries, peaches
switch to low-fat milk instead of whole milk, it tastes just as good and in better
for you in helping you lose weight
junkie like me buys the low-sodium or low sugar packets.
I do this all the time.
put your food on a smaller plate instead of a dinner plate.
It tricks the brain into seeing a plate so full of food,
but actually, the foods are in the right portion for your health.
Still, remember the best advice of all, just eat enough to live,
not live to eat. And push away from the table when you are full.
Learn the difference between Hunger, and appetite.
If you want seconds, that's appetite, not hunger!
